• Contact Information: Names, emails, company names, and recruiter roles uploaded by you via CSV/Excel or scraped from professional networks (like LinkedIn) to build outreach campaigns.
• Campaign Details: Email subjects, templates, signatures, and schedules configured by you to execute automated sequences.
• Analytics Metadata: Email open actions, replies, and bounce events tracked via tracking pixels/links to display campaign performance metrics.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:

• To personalize and execute automated email outreach sequences.
• To monitor campaign statistics (sends, opens, replies, and bounces).
• To manage follow-up sequences and pause sends if a recipient responds.
• To maintain and improve the reliability and features of the SNDR. extension.

3. Data Storage & Security

All sensitive user configuration (such as local API preferences) is stored locally in your browser using Chrome Local Storage. Campaign lists and tracking metrics are sent securely over HTTPS and stored on our database server. We implement administrative and technical security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.

4. Third-Party Sharing

SNDR. does not sell, trade, or share your data with external third parties under any circumstances. We only interact with Google's official Gmail APIs (to send emails) and AI text generation APIs (to construct email drafts if requested by you).

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
